Who Am I?

With a degree in Sport Science and over 15 years of experience as a semi-professional footballer, fitness has always been at the heart of my life. After retiring from football at 32, I discovered a new passion: HYROX and hybrid fitness. Since then, I’ve trained under elite coaches Jade Skillen and Rebecca Mason, and worked closely with performance nutritionist Jake Smythe — who’s helped me understand how to properly fuel training, recovery, and race day for peak performance.

 

This journey has not only reignited my competitive edge but also deepened my understanding of what it takes to train smart, stay accountable, and push physical and mental limits.

 

I’m passionate about helping everyday athletes unlock their full potential — whether that’s racing faster, feeling stronger, or building unshakable discipline through training. If you’re ready to level up, I’m here to guide you.

  My Hyrox Journey so Far

My introduction to HYROX came through a doubles race — I had no real strategy, no refined technique, and no expectations. I simply threw myself into the challenge. It was brutally demanding, but I was instantly hooked.

What drew me in further was the data. Every split revealed strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth. That combination of analytics and physical challenge made HYROX the perfect fit for my competitive mindset.

In 2024, I ran my first solo race in London, finishing in 1:04:53 — a result that secured qualification for the HYROX World Championships in Nice. Stepping up to Pro weights there was a shock to the system, and I finished in 1:16:03. Rather than discourage me, the experience only deepened my drive to return stronger.

Over the next 12 months, I fully committed — competing across Open, Pro, Solo, and Doubles formats. That consistency and dedication paid off when I achieved an overall Men’s Pro placing of 120th and 42nd in my Age Group at the HYROX World Championships in Chicago.

HYROX has tested me physically, mentally, and emotionally. That journey now shapes how I coach others. Whether you’re chasing your first finish line or striving for a sub-60 time, I know the path, the challenges, and the mindset it takes to succeed.
